Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of SeedToPro, including prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and account activities.

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, share, or distribute prohibited content.

2. Prohibited Content (Strictly Enforced)

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content, including explicit nudity and sexual acts
• Any sexual content involving minors, sexualization of minors, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Violent extremism, terrorism, or content that incites violence
• Hate, harassment, or unlawful discriminatory abuse
• Illegal activity, fraud, or instructions to commit crimes
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• Deceptive impersonation, harmful deepfakes, or identity abuse

3. Safety Controls and Enforcement

SeedToPro enforces mandatory content safety filtering and moderation controls, including third-party safety systems where applicable.

Requests that violate these rules will be blocked. When necessary, they will be submitted for manual review.

Attempts to bypass, probe, jailbreak, or evade safety systems are prohibited and treated as policy violations.

4. Account Actions and Refund Consequences

For severe or repeated violations, we may suspend or permanently ban accounts.

Accounts suspended or banned for policy violations may be ineligible for refunds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
