  • Credit usage: Once credits have been fully used, no refund will be issued regardless of purchase date.
  • Refund deduction notice: Processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please include your account email, order ID or transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief reason.

We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Bank and payment provider timelines may vary.

If direct refund processing is unavailable, we may offer equivalent account credits or subscription extension.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used credits or consumed services
  • Certain discounted or promotional purchases
  • Requests made beyond the policy time limits
